Headwater Capital assisted Sts’ailes to negotiate an impact benefit agreement for this project. We also sourced financing for its 30% equity stake: we helped Sts’ailes obtain a non-recourse loan from the First Nation Regeneration Fund. The First Nation Regeneration Fund published a brochure that describes the project and explains why equity participation was important to the nation.
