Projects

We have assisted First Nations with the negotiation of impact and benefit agreements for more than 20 wind and run-of-river projects. We have helped First Nations negotiate equity positions in renewable energy projects and sourced financing for their equity stakes. We have also assisted First Nations who developed and built their own renewable energy projects with negotiating contracts and sourcing project financing.
